Your Attitude Affects your Altitude
“Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.” Zig Ziglar
If you want to qualify for a promotion you must realize that just your level of education only won’t cut it. Your attitude is an essential day to day characteristic required in order to survive in this competitive marketplace. You must also realize that there are many people seeking to have your position both internally or externally so watch out! If you lost your job because of your attitude, you better have a great explanation on your next interview.
Your attitude is your mental state of being. This includes your beliefs, disposition, feelings, and values to act in certain ways. i.e. “He had the attitude that work was fun.” Every once in a while take time to evaluate your attitude and do what’s necessary to ensure it remains in good standing.
As of today, put your best foot forward and change your attitude; you will begin to feel better about yourself while becoming more productive.
