There are many ways that you can overcome the Monday blues but I believe that your attitude is the first key ingredient towards change after acknowledement. Your attitude affects your daily living, your ability to survive and your ability overcome adversity. Having the right attitude changes your perception and causes you to be cool, calm and collective; the outcome becomes clearer.

Your Monday begins on Sunday

For Many, Sunday is usually spent with family and friends, and attending church. For me, this day is a day of reflection and rejuvination. Therefore I reflect on my life, my accomplishments of the previous week and areas where I need to improve for the upcoming week. I am also rejuvinated spiritually through worship and by the teaching of the scriptures.

Therefore change your attitude about Monday on Sunday; It's not the only way to overcome the Monday Blues but it's a step in the right direction.
