The 3 E's of Excellence

Living a life of excellence not only opens doors of opportunities for you but for the generations to come. It's important to teach our children be excellent in all that they do, but it first begins with you!

Here are 3 E's of Excellence to apply to your life.

Educate: What do you do for a living? Do you know everything there is to know about what you do? If not, begin! There is great value in education; learning all that you can about what you do adds value to what you offer to the company you work for, or clients you serve in your business.

Evaluate: The only way to track your progress in life is to evaluate yourself. This step requires you to be transparent to yourself. Yes, I know the truth can hurt but the outcome of success, peace, and wealth is far greater.

Here are some suggestions:

Evaluate where you are now in life - Have you acheived your goals?

Evaluate your relationships - Do they add value to your life?

Evaluate your attitude - "The man in the mirror"

It will amaze you when you realize where you are now and where you are going in life; the goal only becomes clearer.

Finally, the last "E" is to:

Experience: Did you know that the greatest stories ever told are stories of ones experiences? Many people became wealthy because of sharing their experiences? A person that comes to mind is Writer/Actor Tyler Perry. Many of his plays and movies are based on some of his own personal experiences and the lessons that he has learned in order to overcome.

Experiences, whether good or bad make you stronger and can help others to move forward in their lives. People will look to you as a source of strength and be motivated by your excellence.

Here are a couple of suggestions:

Document your experiences - helps you stay motivated and focused
Share your experiences - helps others

As of today, live a life of excellence in all that you do!
